Construction &building : Stone glue /adhesive stone glue

Today, the beauty and type of design of building facades, as well as how to implement building facades, indicate the type of activity and even the type of thinking, engineers, and designers of the project. Therefore, first-rate engineers and architects of projects and companies, in addition to using new methods in different parts of the building, try to design and select the project facade in a way that shows durability, and endurance.

One of the modern and new methods in construction is the use of dry running system, which we will refer to it in general

below.

 

Construction &building : Dry facade execution

 

In this system, facade execution operations can be performed with any type of facade stone installation and with any thickness on any type of infrastructure with high strength and only using epoxy adhesives (Ilia) and without the need for any scoops, screws and Or implemented traditional systems such as grout and mortar.

Practical advantages of dry facade execution system with Ilia stone adhesive

- No need to thin and groove in the facade stone and prevent waste and throwing a stone in the execution, as well as help the strength and thickness of the facade stone. (while in the scope system and other dry methods to maintain the stone, at least 4 mm grooves must be made in the stone.)

- Due to the elasticity and doughy nature of this product, the instability of the infrastructure surface can be removed from 3 to 5 cm.

- Due to the fact that the rock is connected to the infrastructure by creating a molecular bond between the rock and the infrastructure, the masonry is practically not separated from the body of the building even due to a severe impact. In this system, the weight of each stone is on itself.

- Very high execution speed; In such a way that each two-person executive team in this system has the ability to connect and execute at least 30 to 45 square meters of masonry operations. (Whereas in traditional systems and other dry methods, the maximum is 10 to 15 meters per day).

- - Significant and significant reduction of the executive cost of wages in this system, especially in large areas is very important.

- Lifelong connection of the rock and the resistance of the rock to vibrations and earthquakes, no falling of the rock from the facade even in structural vibrations, high resistance to contractions and longitudinal and transverse expansion due to heat, etc.

 

Tolerance of heat shock 125 degrees Celsius

- - No need for ironwork or excess metal form on the structure and skeleton of the building and no need to use grout and mortar is a strong reason for the principle of facade style.
